Vik earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and his law degree from Seton Hall University. After obtaining his law degree, he completed clerkships in both the trial and appellate courts. Vik worked for the New York City Law Department and NYPD Legal before starting his own practice. He currently authors a book on 42 USC 1983 litigation and forms by Wolters Kluwer.
Vik worked with Robert Blossner (or Bobby Blossner as he was fondly called) for nearly two decades. Bob was Vik's mentor and continued to teach Vik in all aspects of law, most prominently his demeanor under stressful circumstances. Bob will forever be remembered as a great lawyer and even better mentor who practiced law for over 50 years.
Vik represents clients throughout the United States and counsels clients in foreign countries, including but not limited to the U.K., UAE, Spain, Italy, Central America, South America, Mexico, India, and many more.

Vik concentrates his practice primarily on litigation, trials, and appeals in state, federal, and other governmental and administrative matters, including criminal defense, civil rights and constitutional law, and commercial matters.
